Made from 100% organically grown bamboo, this spoon is lightweight yet durable and stronger than wood. Each one is shaped from a single piece of bamboo and finished by hand, then burnished to create a satiny feel that is a delight to use. It's safe for all cookware surfaces and will not scratch, not even your finest cookware, including teflon. Hand finished with top grade, natural food safe oil.
