Used wet or dry, it relieves dry, itchy and aching feet and makes for a fabulous foot massage after a long day. Based on Chinese theories of acupuncture, dry brushing on a daily basis clears away dull layers of skin, stimulates circulation, helps eliminate toxins, soothes aching muscles, boosts energy levels and leaves skin with a healthy glow.
