They're made of polyester which allows the bag to be rolled up into a compact package and highly durable to last. The inks and dyes used in the printing of the bag are eco-friendly and no carcinogenic amides are used. The printing process

These bags have been tested to hold 44lbs - the equivalent of two plastic bags of groceries.
To clean: A 20 degree hand wash, and line dry is recommended. Machine washing will eventually break down the PVA coating that gives the
Envirosax its waterproofness. Machine washing will also place
additional stress on the bag's stitching and shorten its lifespan.
