Take care to ensue that the jar is not submerged in water. The
double-walled design works so well because of a tiny hole at the bottom
of the jar that releases any normal condensation that might build up
between the insulated walls. Keeping that tiny hole free of water intake
will help ensure that your jar does not take in excess water.

LIME TIP #1: The trick to using your thermal food jar for hot foods is to "pre-heat" it by
putting hot water in the thermos and sealing it for 10-15 minutes prior
to putting food in.
LIME TIP #2: Don't forget this insulated food jar can be used for cool foods too, just be sure to 'pre-cool' by putting your food container in the refrigerator.
