We currently use PayPal to process payments. You do not have to have a PayPal Account to use this service. You can use American Express, Mastercard and Visa as forms of payment via PayPal. All transactions are in Canadian dollars (CAD$).

The Verified by Visa Service provides Visa cardholders with an extra level of security so you can shop online more confidently and significantly reduces fraudulent activity on your card. If you have not already done so, your Visa card issuer will take you to their website and ask you to create a personal password to confirm your authenticity during the check-out process for online purchases. Once created, this will provide greater protection against the unauthorized use of your card for online purchases and increased confidence and trust when shopping online.

All purchases within Canada accrue a Goods and Services Tax (GST) or a Harmonized Sales Tax. The current rate for British Columbia is 5%. The appropriate rate will be applied to your purchase based on your province of residence. All taxes are clearly detailed on your invoice. Please note the taxes are applicable based on the address of the credit cardholder making the purchase.
In the U.S.A
Purchases made by customers in the U.S.A are not subject to any Canadian taxes. However they maybe subject to duties and taxes when they enter into the U.S.A from Canada. Additionally, brokerage fees maybe incurred by the customer for clearing customs. We are not in a position to state what these maybe as they vary. Typically gifts of value less than $100.00 USD are not subject to the above, however we are unable to guarantee that this is the case. Any of the above taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Each order is clearly marked "GIFT" on the customs declaration and the value of the item in CAD$ is stated as per U.S.A customs requirements, to minimise any delay in the receipt of your purchase.
We have endeavoured to make ordering at Lavish & Lime as user friendly and simple as possible. Having perused our selection of contemporary eco-friendly items and identified the purchases you wish to make please follow the instructions below;
Click on the gift you have chosen. Familiarise yourself with the gift description and pricing. At this stage you will be able to add the gift to a personal "Wish List" for future reference or "add to cart" to start your purchase. (You also have the option of emailing the details to a friend who maybe interested in gift idea for an up and coming special occasion.) Click "add to cart" and you will view a summary of the item(s), with description(s) and price(s) that you are interested in purchasing. At this stage you can "Alter" or "Remove" an item from your shopping cart, by making the change and selecting "Update". If you are happy with your gift entries, click on "Checkout".
At this stage you will be able to view a summary of your order, with your associated personal information, in the form of Contact Information, Billing Address and Shipping Address. Select "Modify" if you wish to have a different "Shipping" from "Billing" address. Please enter the gift recipients address and "Update" the details.

You will be presented with an overview of your order and personal details. Check that these details are correct and once happy select "Submit Order".
Please wait while you are transferred from the Lavish & Lime website to the PayPal.com website. Lavish & Lime uses PayPal.com as the agent of choice to handle your credit card details, offering increased security through their encryption, firewalls and physical security.Select Plus (Hosted Paypage) service. You will see the address on your web browser change from http to https as you are taken to the PayPal Secure Socket Layer website to process your credit card details and enable payment for the items in your shopping cart. Lavish & Lime does not store your credit card details at any point. Please follow the instructions to pay for your gifts. On completion of payment you will move to step IV.
Click on "Submit Order". You will receive a "Confirmation" that your order has been successfully placed and an online copy of your invoice, which you should print-off and retain a copy of for your records. You will be returned to the Lavish & Lime website.

Normally all orders received by midday, are dispatched next business day or when possible on the same working day of receipt. If this is not possible the order will be shipped next working day. Best endeavours will be used to meet these timescales. In the case of very busy seasonal periods please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch of your order.
If the order contains an item which is not in stock and is being pre-ordered prior to arrival. The order will be dispatched complete, on receipt of the outstanding item. Please call us on 1 844 494 LIME (5463) if you require clarification around timescales.
Our Returns Policy - Satisfaction Guaranteed
We believe passionately in the quality of our products. If you are not entirely happy with the product you have chosen or the gift you have received please return it to us within 30 days of delivery. We will be delighted to offer you a full refund or exchange, for the cost of the gift, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. Please note that any "Gift Wrapping" and "Shipping Charges" are non-refundable. All SALE items are final and may only be returned, if the item is faulty.
Automatic Postal Returns
If we have shipped an item to the address provided by a customer and it has been returned to us, either because the address provided was incorrect or because the package has not been collected by the customer after an attempted delivery by the relevant postal service. The customer will be responsible for the return postal charge to Lavish & Lime. If the customer then requests redelivery to an amended address or the original address they will be responsible for the costs associate with this redelivery. Any request for a refund will be net of the shipping charges incurred.
Making a Return
Prior to returning your gift please obtain a Gift Return No. (GRN). This can be done by emailing email@example.com or telephoning locally 604 734 0088 or toll free 1 844 494 LIME (5463) between 9.00am and 5.00pm PST.
We will provide you with a return mailing address with your request. This is a temporary measure as we finalise our new Vancouver address.
To ensure safe delivery, please return the gift with an insured courier: Canada Post, UPS or Canpar. Please ensure you retain your receipt for reference. Lavish & Lime will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. For all returns except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.
