Credit Card Processing With Moneris
Moneris processes more than 2.5 billion credit and debit card transactions a year and is the industry leader in credit card payment processing. Lavish & Lime have chosen the Moneris solution eSELECTplus to process all credit card transactions. On completion of "Checkout" you will be transferred to the Moneris secure payment page that will allow you to pay for your gifts. Please note in your browser that the address will change from lavishandlime.com... to https://www3.moneris.com/HPPDP/index.php, which is a secure website. "lavish and lime" will appear at the top of the form for payment details and on completion of these details you can return to lavishandlime.com.

Verified By Visa
The Verified by Visa Service provides Visa cardholders with an extra level of security so you can shop online more confidently and significantly reduces fraudulent activity on your card. If you have not already done so, your Visa card issuer will take you to their website and ask you to create a personal password to confirm your authenticity during the check-out process for online purchases. Once created, this will provide greater protection against the unauthorized use of your card for online purchases and increased confidence and trust when shopping online.

Sales Taxes
In Canada
All purchases within Canada accrue a Goods and Services Tax (GST), of currently 5%.on the purchase price of your gift and shipping costs. For deliveries to Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, Ontario and New Brunswick, the Harmonized Sales (HST) of 13% is currently applicable, within British Columbia this is 12%. All taxes are clearly detailed on your invoice. Please note the taxes are applicable based on the address of the credit cardholder making the purchase.
In the U.S.A
Purchases made by customers in the U.S.A are not subject to any Canadian taxes. However they maybe subject to duties and taxes when they enter into the U.S.A from Canada. Additionally, brokerage fees maybe incurred by the customer for clearing customs. We are not in a position to state what these maybe as they vary. Typically gifts of value less than $100.00 USD are not subject to the above, however we are unable to guarantee that this is the case. Any of the above taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Each order is clearly marked "GIFT" on the customs declaration and the value of the item in CAD$ is stated as per U.S.A customs requirements, to minimise any delay in the receipt of your purchase.
Ordering
We have endeavoured to make ordering at Lavish & Lime as user friendly and simple as possible. Having perused our selection of contemporary classic gifts and identified the gift purchases you wish to make please follow the instructions below;

Your Cart
Click on the gift you have chosen. Familiarise yourself with the gift description and pricing. At this stage you will be able to add the gift to a personal "Wish List" for future reference or "add to cart" to start your purchase. (You also have the option of emailing the details to a friend who maybe interested in gift idea for an up and coming special occasion.) Click "add to cart" and you will view a summary of the item(s), with description(s) and price(s) that you are interested in purchasing. At this stage you can "Alter" or "Remove" an item from your shopping cart, by making the change and selecting "Update". If you are happy with your gift entries, click on "Checkout".

Personal Details
At this stage you will be able to view a summary of your order, with your associated personal information, in the form of Contact Information, Billing Address and Shipping Address. Select "Modify" if you wish to have a different "Shipping" from "Billing" address. Please enter the gift recipients address and "Update" the details.
Note: Please treat multiple ship-to addresses as individual orders. Our apologies for any delays caused.

Place Order
You will be presented with an overview of your order and personal details. Check that these details are correct and once happy select "Submit Order".
Please wait while you are transferred from the
Lavish & Lime website to the
Moneris.com website. Lavish & Lime refers to Moneris.com as the agent of choice to handle your credit card details, offering increased security through their eSelect Plus (Hosted Paypage) service. You will see the address on your web browser change from http to https as you are taken to moneris's Secure Socket Layer website to process your credit card details and enable payment for the items in your shopping cart. Lavish & Lime does not store your credit card details at any point. Please follow the instructions to pay for your gifts. On completion of payment you will move to step IV.

Submit Order
Click on "Submit Order". You will receive a "Confirmation" that your order has been successfully placed and an online copy of your invoice, which you should print-off and retain a copy of for your records. You will be returned to the Lavish & Lime website.

Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email from Canada Post, which will provide your unique tracking number. Please input your order reference to enable you to track your order successfully. Track Here
Order Pick-Up
For our Metro Vancouver customers who would like to save on shipping, we're pleased to offer a retail pick-up service. Having selected "Checkout", under the "Delivery Method" in Step 3 for "Shipping & Payment" select the
"Pick-Up Option" button. Then select "Continue" and in the
customer comments section towards the bottom of the page, state your preferred pick-up date.(Please allow two business days for order processing, not including weekends). You will be contacted to inform you when your order is ready for pick-up, at our convenient pick up location just 2 minutes from the Lions Gate bridge on the North Shore, at the charming
Sugar & Co. , 1348A Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC, V7T 1B5, telephone 604 925 0801. They are open Monday to Saturday 10.30am - 6pm and 12.00-5pm on Sunday. There's plenty of free parking on the street out front plus a large parking lot around back. Please note Sugar & Co is purely a pick-up location. Shipping
Lavish & Lime use Canada Post(CPS) & U.S.P.S.as our preferred shipping method. For your convenience we use their "Expedited Parcel Service". If you require a faster CPS/U.S.P.S service please contact us directly on 1 877 216 LIME (5463) or email us at

If required, customers have the option of using UPS as carrier. Please advise us of your preference by contacting customer service on 1 877 216 LIME (5463) or locally on 604 922 2220. All UPS rates are calculated based on weight, size and destination.
Dispatch
All orders received by midday, are dispatched next business day or when possible on the same working day of receipt. If this is not possible the order will be shipped next working day.
If the order contains an item which is not in stock and is being pre-ordered prior to arrival. The order will be dispatched complete, on receipt of the outstanding item. Please call us on 1 877 216 5463 if you require clarification around timescales.
Our Returns Policy - Satisfaction Guaranteed
We believe passionately in the quality of our products. If you are not entirely happy with the product you have chosen or the gift you have received please return it to us within 30 days of delivery. We will be delighted to offer you a full refund or exchange, for the cost of the gift, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. Please note that "Gift Wrapping" and "Shipping Charges" are non-refundable. All SALE items are final and may only be returned, if the item is faulty.
Making a Return
Prior to returning your gift please obtain a Gift Return No. (GRN). This can be done by emailing customerservice@lavishandlime.com or telephoning 1 877 216 LIME (5463) between 10am and 5pm PST.

To ensure safe delivery, please return the gift with an insured courier: Canada Post, UPS or Canpar. Please ensure you retain your receipt for reference. Lavish & Lime will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. For all returns except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.
