Ideal for dance class or imaginative play, this double layered tutu is fashioned from domestic tulle made in the USA and Canadian-made thread. The waistband is sewn using a stretch stitch for a more durable seam and each tiered layer is finished with a single faced pink satin ribbon. A trio of gorgeous little pink satin bows adorns the waistband for added princess magic. Made in Vancouver, Canada. Fits age 2-4 years.
