A twist on the traditional pink and white, this classic black tutu is ideal for black cat, bat and any other costume occasion that calls for black. Ideal for dance class, imaginative play and particularly Halloween, this double layered tutu is fashioned from domestic tulle made in the USA and Canadian-made thread. The waistband is sewn using a stretch stitch for a more durable seam and each tiered layer is hemmed with a serger. An adorable little black satin bow adorns the front and centre of the waistband. Made in Vancouver, Canada. Fits age 2-4 years.
