Wooden Toys - sportscar C9-R special edition

Not for the feint of heart this special edition supercharged sportscar will allow children to accelerate into their games. A souped up version of the already hot C9 sports car, the C9-R rides lower to the ground on larger, more aggressive wheels. Its unique front and rear block have been reworked to feature a front splitter and rear diffuser. A signature front air intake and deeply sculpted side skirts direct air under and around this hot machine. The C9-R also features two colour emblems and fully branded center caps.

Made of solid German beech wood with a non-toxic lacquer finish, the car's three body blocks plus its roof, wheels and tires are all interchangeable with our other Automoblox models. Children can build their own custom cars by taking the wheels from one, the front end of another, etc. The interlocking body parts and two passengers with geometric 'legs' to fit their custom seats help develop and exercise gross and fine motor skills. Ages 3-9+

Children will develop creative problem solving and begin to use skills such as rotation, integration and see angles to differentiate between shapes as they build and re-build their car. 

This toy was designed as an heirloom toy, anticipating that the bond formed between each child and the toy would be so strong that they would want to pass it onto their kids. Each car was designed to stand 10 repeated drops from 7ft (not warranteed), to ensure the longevity of each piece.
